Can blue-collar workers be thinkers / are they only doers?

TWe look at blue-collor workers as doers and they are not generally included in employee suggestion and feedback programs. Their language & communication barriers limit their ability to contribute. Smart Labour wants to change this by introducing blue collor engagement via a voice note based platform where labourers can provide suggestions, feedback and report health and safety incidents via voice notes in their language. Smart Labour can also translate the voice notes into English and offer a full blue-collar worker engagement solution.
